Reservation
In case a reservation is necessary;
*A written order (e-mail or fax)
*Your credit card number and expiration date
(we hold your credit card number only to guarantee your reservation)

Billing information
Payments will be charged at the end of your service according to the rates quoted.
We accept your payment in cash or Eurocheques.
Personal checks in dollars will be taken into consideration according to the number
of services requested.

Rates do not include: * client’s meals * food and beverages * gratuities * entrance fees
to museums and monuments unless otherwise noted on the programs.

Cancellation policy
Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by fax or e-mail within at least 1 week before the date of requested service. If it is not done according to these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the “no show fee” on your credit card which is the total amount of services requested.

Transportation
Transportation is furnished exclusively by licensed, insured, and professional drivers who are qualified to perform public transportation services all over Europe.

Responsibility
Our company does not accept responsibility for any accident regarding theft or damages during the course of our tours.
