"Thanks Fabrizio for the great week. Deciding what was the best day was impossible ... all were so good. The places you took us for lunch and suggested for dinner were amazing - the food was out of this world. We would have never found them on our own. Each day was great as you did the planning, drove us around, and shared your country with us. When you plan your trip to the US let me know and we'll be happy to provide you with our experience here to help with your planning. Also, know that you can visit us in Knoxville anytime. Best Regards" Mark Paradies

This is a 4-hour private driving tour to discover some
of the main sites of the Eternal City, including Classic, Christian and Renaissance. You will discover symbols of the artistic and historical past of Rome. Maximize your tour escorted by a
knowledgeable and attentive fluent, English speaking tour-manager.

This tour will begin with a car pick up at the hotel followed by a transfer to Saint Peter's
Basilica, the greatest church in all of Christendom.
It is very inspirational to see how it rises
in the grandiose St. Peter's Square. Michelangelo designed the mighty cupola that dominates the
scene, blending into the sky above. It conveys a sense of the absolute and infinite to all who
gaze upon it.
Our next stop is in the proximity of Gianicolo's panoramic view. It is here, along the banks
of the Tiber River, that you will enjoy one of the most spectacular scenes in Rome.
Then, we will make a brief stop in front of the Acqua Paola, which was commissioned by Pope Paul V.
Continuing on, your guide will take you to the Trastevere district. There, you will learn
about ancient legends and Medieval beliefs regarding life. We'll be visiting the Piazza Venezia, which is
still considered the heart of the city. Many roads converge here, including the Via del Corso,
Via dei Fori Imperiali and Via del Teatro di Marcello, thus proving that 'all roads lead to Rome'.
Finally, you will arrive at the ramp leading to
Capitol Hill and the Forum to gaze onto what
remains of the great Roman Empire. You will marvel at the magnificent Piazza del Campidoglio,
also designed by Michelangelo. This was where the political power of Renaissance
Rome was housed.

This tour is for a group of up to 14 people.
It includes private car transfers and a fluent, English speaking tour-manager for 7 people or less.

Above 7 visitors, the assistance of a licensed
guide is highly recommended.

An archeological guide for the Forum Romanum
and Church's interior visits is available upon request.

Meals and site tickets are not included
in the price.
