Vito was our fabulous guide for our trip to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast in July! He fit so much in our short time off the cruise ship. His English was excellent, and the four of us enjoyed his tour knowledge and personality so much. He set us up with our own private guide for Pompeii which was incredible, and then drove us around the winding vistas of Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi with short stops for views, towns and gelato! We enjoyed his recommendation for lunch so much at Pesce d'Or overlooking the Med! We will recommend Vito and your company whenever we can and look forward to a longer stay on the Amalfi Coast! Ciao! I know it has been a long time since we were in Rome; just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much we enjoyed our short time in Rome. Having you as our guide made the short stay one of our most memorable times this vacation. Seeing the history of Rome in the short time allowed was an achievement. Your recommended restaurant for lunch was our favorite dining experience on this vacation. If we go to Rome again in near future, we will surely call you and request your service again.

Fabrizio -- Thank you so much for providing us with one of the highlights of our nine day vacation to Rome! The day we spent with you exploring Pompeii and Positano was one we will never forget! You guided us from the amazing historical site of Pompei to the breathtaking beauty of the Amalfi Coast! From reading your guestbook I wish we had utilized your services in Rome, too. There's always next time! And thanks to our day with you, I am sure we will return! You were great keeping all four of us happy for ten hours, including two teenagers, something which is not easy to do! We will be happy to recommend you to any friends bound for Rome! Grazie mille! Ciao! P.S. Your recommendation of the Chocolate Truffle Tartufo Dessert at Tre Scalini in Piazza Navona was a great one. We went there the very next day and indulged!

Our first trip to Italy, Mom, Dad, and two childred (11yrs and 8yrs), was a wonderful time-- In fact, our best family vacation yet. The service you provided us from Rome to the Amalfi Coast was absolutley superb and made the trip what it was. We were a group of 11 adults and 7 children on a cruise that stopped at Florence, Rome, and Naples. You provided us with an 19 seater bus which was perfect for our group! La Dolce Vita Tours met us at the pier, gave us highly knowledgable guides that spoke wonderful English. We had a very specific time table and were so pleased at how much our tour guides were able to show us. The guides and drivers were flexible extremely accomodating! In planning our trip, any questions we sent by email or phone call was answered very quickly. We would NOT HESITATE to use La Dolce Vita Tours again in the future!!!! Greetings from Long Island, Fabrizio; We've been home nearly two weeks, but are still reminiscing about our Italian trip. We had been to Italy before, But this trip was made special by the tours that we took with you as our guide. Todi, Orvieto, Pompeii or Positano--each one was so enjoyable. We also learned much from your comments on the countryside and history of the locations we drove through, as well as those we visited, and your ability to answer our questions was impressive. We will be most pleased to recommend La Dolce Vita Tours to those we know who are fortunate enough to go to Italy, and we shall tell them to ask you for recommendations for the best and most interesting places for lunch and dinner. From a picturesque cantina in Todi to a beach restaurant in Positano that seemed to be right out of a movie, your selections for us were perfect. Many, many thanks for our beautiful memories. Our family of four were able to participate in the Vatican Tour, The Rome by Night Tour and The Day Tour of Rome. This proved to be a great experience for our family and a great way to see and understand the beautiful city of Rome. The Vatican was superior but Rome at night was breathtaking. We loved Fabrizio's history lessons and information about Rome and its people. There is no way we could have seen as much of this city without him. He also has a great place for lunch with food the was superior. Great way to see Rome

We only had one day in Rome (6/11/05) and wanted to see as much as possible. Fabrizio was an excellent guide and companion, and did a great job of covering a lot of ground in a short period of time. We got ten times more out of the sights we saw than we would ever have gotten on our own, and we were able to go at our own pace, which was a great benefit. Despite the crowds he got us into the Vatican and the Sistene Chapel with penty of time left for the catacombs, the ancient forum, many other sights around the city and even an authentic, relaxing "Roman" lunch! We recommend La Dolce Vita tours to our fellow travelers headed for Italy.

Rome is a busy city so if you want to take the stress out of your visit call Fabrizio Petrangeli. Four English Women wanted to see the delights of the Vatican and Fabrizio ensured that my three friends and I were escorted through smoothly whilst being enchanted with his historical knowledge. To be collected from and returned to the hotel was included in the price Unforgetable. - Anne Carter, Bath. England

We (a group of 9) were scheduled for a Vatican tour which had to be canceled because of the new Pope's Inaugural Mass. We kept the tour anyway and saw the rest of Rome with our guide "Rosela". She was excellent and really knew the history of everything we saw. We would of never been able to see all that we did without you. Thanks so much!
