wines. Your lecturer-guide-driver will
point out the highlights of the town's charming and
captivating attractions. Piazza del Campo has
been the site of the unique and breathtaking horse race,
the Palio. It has been held at this site
for hundreds of years, since Medieval times. You'll
also see the charming Duomo of Siena. There will
be time for further sightseeing and shopping. Our next
stop will be in Montepulciano, an area in
Tuscany world famous for its local, noble wines. You
will have the opportunity to taste these fine
wines. Lunch will be served in a characteristic local
trattoria, after which we'll head back to
